$103,331 - $139,803Experience working with complex high-growth companies needed.

As a critical link between Sales and Credit, you’ll negotiate and prepare credit submissions for loan proposals for our most complex high-growth, high-impact agribusiness and agri-food customers.

What you’ll do:

Assess the risk of each business and recommend loan structures
Conduct research and advise your team, including Senior Relationship Managers, in preparation for meetings with key customers and prospects
Complete analysis and submissions for account reviews, compliance monitoring and eligibility rulings
Act as liaison between Credit and your team

Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and support complex business needs
Creative thinker who can think outside the box to develop lending solutions for high-growth entrepreneurs and companies
Effective communicator and relationship-builder able to work with internal partners and external resources, often through challenging negotiations
Problem-solver who can identify and recommend lending opportunities

What you’ll need:

A bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
A graduate degree is an asset
Aptitude for complex lending and advanced credit and risk-mitigation analysis
