In this role, you will : Lead the sourcing and procurement of services related to Corporate travel and other diverse corporate commodities. The role will manage suppliers, support contract negotiations, vendor governance, third-party risk management. The role will collaborate with internal teams and external travel partners and suppliers. Review, issue, and manage purchase orders to ensure compliance and accuracy. Assist with issues related to Corporate travel and help with resolution along with Travel Partner and internal teams. Develop new processes and tools to support Travel related activities. Support Procurement and Logistics teams during response season liaising with Travel Services team and partners. What we look for : Minimum of 4-5 years experience in supply chain management or related field and / or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with procurement, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management. Bilingual written and oral English and French an asset Experience in travel related processes an asset but not required. Strong communication skills, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and work independently.
