Program Overview – Project Management Office, Central Services Straddling the divide between a traditional PMO and a Strategic Projects division, the Project Management Office delivers high impact and high-quality work, leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives, including technology and product implementations, business transformation projects, strategic and operational planning, new business development and execution, and other priority work as identified by the Office of the CEO and the senior leadership team at WoodGreen.What You Will Do- Support PMO and project managers with end-to-end delivery of identified technical projects.
- Independently manages end-to-end delivery of small to medium sized technical projects.
- Support end-to-end delivery of medium to large sized technical projects.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charter, scope, project plans, schedules, budgets, and requirements documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Organize and manage project artifacts, including maintaining Teams & SharePoint sites.
- Document version tracking and collecting and organizing prepared documents.
- Facilitate project team meetings and communication, including preparing meeting agendas, presentations, status updates, minutes, follow ups, and relevant communication pieces.
- Coordinate project activities and resources.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and escalate to senior management where necessary.
- Liaise with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit leaders, working teams and vendors, participating in working sessions and key meetings, and coordinating project deliverables and execution.
- Support the development of key training tools, including SOPs, training videos, and other.
- Lead end-to-end small-scale projects, including the ideation and discovery, planning, development, vendor procurement, testing, execution, training and stabilization of new or improved products.
- Support research, discovery and analysis work where required and as guided by the project managers.
What You Bring to the Team- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or similar program, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience with business administration, operations, project management, special or strategic projects, or similar experience.

- Experience on Project Management Tools (Planner, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Miro, etc.)
- Experience in a matrixed reporting structure.
- Familiarity with PMBOK an asset.
