Program Facilitator, IG Empower Coach (Term Full-Time)
Indigenous Student Supports and Partnerships
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Term Position Available (anticipated September 3, 2024 up to March 31, 2028)
SALARY: $51,573 - $72,573 per annum
POSITION LOCATION: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)

ELIGIBILITY LIST: This competition may be used to establish a 6 month eligibility list of qualified candidates for future vacancies.
DUTIES
Reporting to the Manager, Indigenous Student Supports and Partnerships, the successful candidate will provide student and program support with the overall focus and goal being student success by working collaboratively to provide program maintenance, support and promotion. Key responsibilities of the position include: prepare, update, organize and participate in program promotion; updating program information and digital media sites; advise, address, answer and resolve issues and questions related to programs from students, faculty and outside the organization; provide course and program level support by assisting with correspondence, update course outlines/materials and learning management system (LMS), assist in the arrangement and communication of student practicum; and liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external organizations regarding the program.
Other duties of the position may include: maintain program and student information and various databases; develop and/or administer processes/procedures for the department; assist with recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes; assist managing department projects; assist with budget and financial operations; organize meetings and advisor committees, manage processes and communications related to facility and IT requests for the department; and may assist in tracking weekly and annual instructor workload information.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or Business Administration/Management. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience supporting the delivery of programs and services.
- Experience providing customer service to a multicultural and multi-needs customer base.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are required, while meeting deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and/or database management
- Demonstrates initiative.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
- May be required to work at various RRC Polytech campuses
- This position may be required to work overtime
