Provide strategic partnership and advice, business enablement, and consulting services to an Executive Vice-President (EVP). This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.What you’ll do:
- Advise the EVP and divisional leadership team, including giving feedback, serving as a representative or proxy when required, and supporting executive communications
- Contribute to developing and executing the division's annual plan, conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Provide strategic recommendations to resolve business challenges and translate priorities into actionable divisional initiatives
- Manage the EVP office

What you’ll need:
- Strong knowledge of FCC’s business strategy, corporate objectives and priorities, divisional functions and business processes
- Business acumen, curiosity, emotional intelligence, and can create partnerships with leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and seven or more years of progressive experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience handling business issues at with business at an enterprise level
- Cross-functional experience within the business would be considered an asset
