Lead planning, technical and functional maintenance and support for all FCC HR technology platforms.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Workday business process configuration, modifications and implementation
- Gather requirements and design reports and dashboards
- Investigate, test and resolve functionality to provide support and solutions
- Assess business needs and drive clarity in HR data requirements to meet deliverables
- Recommend how technology can be leveraged to streamline HR business processes

What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or related field
- 6 to 8 years experience with database applications and HRIS system implementation, configuration, business requirements documentation and reporting/analysis
- Experience with Workday Human Capital Management System an asset
