Provide day-to-day oversight and supervision of the internal audit team, plus develop and maintain key strategic relationships with a focus on risk management and control.
What you’ll do:
- Build partnership with first- and second-line management, understanding their roles and priorities
- Collaborate with partners to promote the risk culture
- Co-ordinate and manage audit engagements
- Coach and mentor the team on setting performance objectives and development planning
- Perform budget, training, communication and recruitment duties

What you’ll need:

- An understanding of risk management practices
- Knowledge of specialized audit software and tools
