Lead the teams responsible for administrative support including reception and mailroom services, vendor management, service level agreements and OH&S support. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the Facilities team to procure and vendor-manage national contracts
- Manage the delivery of day-to-day activities, troubleshooting and requests for information
- Oversee corporate-wide reception, mail distribution services and business unit administration
- Build and foster relationships with external service providers and internal stakeholders
- Manage service coverage, efficient workflow and scheduling, and the operating budget and service contracts
- Support Facilities team on budget analysis and variance reporting
- Provide performance management and workload planning leadership to team
- Coach and mentor direct reports on goal setting and career development plan

What you’ll need:
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline and at least three years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- In-depth knowledge of FCC physical security policy and employee access processes
- Working knowledge of vendor management, Canadian Labour Code and OH&S requirements
- Formal or informal experience in leading, coaching and performance management
