$79,648 - $107,760We are looking for a Technical Analyst who has knowledge of Microsoft Teams, especially in the area of Teams Meetings. You will be responsible for supporting the organization of bilingual virtual events, such as webinars, workshops, town halls, and conferences. You will also assist in training our internal and external stakeholders on how to use Teams Meetings.
As a Technical Analyst, you will work in an agile setting with a cross-functional team of meeting experience specialists, IT professionals, and communication experts. You will assist in setting up and organizing dry runs and testing sessions to ensure the smooth delivery of our virtual events.
To be successful in this role, you should have effective communication and collaboration skills, as well as an interest in meeting best practices. You should also have a customer service orientation and a problem-solving mindset. You should be able to work in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You should also be willing to learn new skills and technologies as needed.
