POSITION TYPE: Full-Time Position Available
SALARY: $46,862 - $65,993 per annum
POSITION LOCATION: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)

DUTIES
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Advancement Coordinator will provide a broad range of operational leadership, coordination and support to the Advancement area, specifically the Development department and their fundraising initiatives to ensure financial investment in the College.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, management, office administration or related discipline; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Several years of experience working in an executive or professional office setting at a senior administrative level
- Experience in coordinating, planning and organizing internal and external networking events
- Knowledge and support of fundraising or event activities
- Experience providing excellent customer service to a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make decisions independently
- Strong understanding in reviewing and managing the departmental budget, identifying and resolving discrepancies and tracking expenses
- Advanced calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex, multi-stakeholder meetings
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience drafting documents that range in complexity
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to exercise sound judgment with a high degree of integrity on highly confidential, sensitive and difficult matters
- Experience scheduling travel arrangements for executive and group travel
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project
- Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with computer applications, including Raiser's Edge or similar donor database systems

- Incumbent must provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Records Check
