Annual Giving and Digital Fundraiser

We have an immediate opening for Annual Giving and Digital Coordinator who will be responsible for three main activities; annual giving, digital programming and components, and donor relations.
As Annual Giving and Digital Fundraiser, you will:

Responsibilities:
·Planning, executing, and managing annual giving campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, and upgrading donors. Rebuild the monthly giving program. Increase awareness of workplace giving programs, corporate match opportunities, in honor and in memorial giving programs.
·Developing and implementing digital fundraising strategies, including email campaigns, online giving platforms, and crowdfunding initiatives. Lead and grow public facing fundraising and awareness campaigns.
·Cultivating relationships with donors through personalized communication strategies, acknowledgments, and stewardship efforts.
·Maintaining accurate donor records and utilizing fundraising software (Raisers Edge) to track donations, segment donors, and analyze giving patterns.
·Develop and track digital marketing efforts such as email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), online advertising, and website management.
·Creating compelling fundraising appeals, stories, and updates for digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
·Managing social media channels to promote fundraising initiatives, resources available to clients, engage with donors and clients, and increase awareness of organizational mission and impact.
·Ensuring the organization's website is optimized and compelling storytelling.
·Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize fundraising efforts.
·Develop and promote monthly giving programs to provide a steady and reliable source of revenue.
·Cultivate and steward monthly donors to encourage long-term commitment.
·Working closely with team members to align annual giving campaigns with overall organizational strategies and goals.
·Assisting with fundraising events and activities, coordinating logistics, promoting events digitally, and ensuring seamless donor experiences. Create design for print assets and marketing collateral at events.
·Staying informed about fundraising trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital fundraising and annual giving.
·Ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations, ethical standards, and donor privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
·Preparing regular reports on fundraising results, donor retention rates, and other key performance indicators for management and board presentations.
·Provide tours of Easter Seals Camp Horizon as needed.
·Other Duties as assigned.
Linked Platform Support
·Drive the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Digital Platform to align with the organization's mission and ensure the platform provides a human centered solution to families.
·Monitor outcomes and the impact of the platform, and make data-driven decisions for improvement and expansion, including detailed reporting to better advocate for services for the disability sector, inform government and funders.
·Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to identify emerging needs and opportunities for improvements.
·Collaborate with the staff and stakeholders to map out strategies for implementing in person processes into the platform to lead to efficiencies and streamlined services for families.
·Work with third party platform to implement features that support provincial growth and expansion.
·Help implement the digital platform into other communities to provide them a centralized location to information about their local supports as well as their closest provincial support.
Qualifications:
·Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, annual giving, or digital campaign management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
·Proven track record of planning and executing successful fundraising campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
·Experience with donor management systems and digital marketing tools.
·Familiarity with all fundraising activities and success in the areas of: Corporate Donations; Sponsorships; Employee and Individual Gifts; Third Party Fundraising; Fundraising Events.
·Strong writing skills and ability to undertake donor administrative responsibilities such as the preparation of fund agreements, major proposals and public presentations. Ability to handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
·Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and interpret campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
·Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
·Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and team members.
·Understanding of website management and optimization techniques.
·Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, SEO, online advertising, and website management.
·Excellent analytical, organizing, planning and time management skills.
·Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Canva is essential.
·Team oriented and ability to work flexible hours.
·AFP membership and/or Raiser’s Edge experience are strong assets.
Other:
·The Annual Giving and Digital Coordinator is 35 hours/week and reports to the Marketing and Community Engagement Lead.
·This position will require a mix of remote work and in office, or at our camp property.
·Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
·Valid Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is a requirement for this position.
