Engagement Centre Representative - (Part Time)

Salary:$15.00/hour - $17.85/hour

What does this role look like at YMCA Calgary?
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Be the main point of contact for incoming phone calls to the YMCA
Own the administrative tasks assigned by supervisor (returned payments, promotional sales follow ups, waitlist management)
Identify and create opportunities to enhance each and every person's YMCA experience
Meet and exceed customers’ expectations in all service aspects of the Engagement Centre
Complete all membership/program/transactional related duties with accuracy to all customers calling into the YMCA though the Engagement Centre.
Communicate a large quantity of information clearly and concisely in over the telephone by understanding the organizational structure and operations of the YMCA Calgary Association
Develop and maintain smooth, cooperative working relations with all staff and volunteers
Utilize communication channels to ensure real time information sharing across the association
Aid in the training of all new staff and volunteers
Work in a team environment to achieve optimal collective results
Ability to problem solve
We are looking to fill the following shifts: Thursday from 11:30am-3:30pm and Friday from 3:30pm-7:30pm,
