We are hiring Regular Full-Time Road Assist Fleet Technicians in Victoria, BC!

What you’ll do:
- Respond to Member requests for roadside assistance, including mechanical repairs, battery boosts, tire changes, lockout services, and towing
- Conduct detailed diagnostic assessments to identify vehicle issues and resolve appropriate solutions.
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion
- Assist in all weather conditions, ensuring a positive Member experience throughout the assistance process
- Promote BCAA memberships and general information about affiliate products and services.
- Report any issues and take the initiative to resolve them, seeking support as needed.
- Uphold BCAA service and safety standards by ensuring BCAA vehicles, equipment, and tools are kept clean, orderly, and in good working condition.
- Work rotational 24/7 shift work (including weekdays, evenings, weekends & statutory holidays).
What you’ve done:
- Completed your high school diploma, preferably with your Red Seal Certification;
- You have at least 5 years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostics,
- You’re a good driver with a clean BC Driver License Class 5. You’re confident navigating our cities and towns while driving any size vehicle - including 5-ton trucks, tow trucks, and pickup trucks.
- Capable of lifting at least 70lbs during Member service while prioritizing safety throughout the process.

The hourly range for this position is $66,515.04 to $83,143.80 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
