Salary Range: $89,469 - $111,834 per annum plus comprehensive benefits

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Senior System Service Analyst who will play a crucial role in installing, configuring, and maintaining systems to ensure optimal performance, robust data protection, and comprehensive recovery plans—all tailored to meet our clients' unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Conduct installations, configurations, updates, and patches across Windows, Linux, and virtual operating systems to meet business requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor, administer, and fine-tune backup and recovery systems for peak performance.
- Batch Process Oversight: Develop and oversee daily batch processes, ensuring seamless operation.
- Network Configuration: Troubleshoot and configure network switch gear for smooth operations.
- Server Design and Deployment: Design and deploy servers both on-premise and in Microsoft Azure.
- Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain technical documentation to support business systems.
- Performance Enhancement: Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for improvement.
- Change Management: Ensure all system changes align with backup processes and IT Service Continuity Plans.
- Technical Problem Resolution: Provide solutions for complex technical issues, collaborating with vendors and manufacturers.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What the role requires:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a high-availability network environment or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Experience in PowerShell and batch scripting, VMware, and Microsoft Azure configurations.
- Understanding of system recovery methods and best practices.
- Familiarity with SDLC, PMBOK, COBIT, and ITIL frameworks.
- Driven to improve processes and adapt to changing environments.
- Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow configuration

Nice to have:
- Certification in Business Continuity, Microsoft Server, Microsoft Azure, Cisco, VMware, Linux, or ServiceNow would be considered an asset

Work Mode & Job Location: In this role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. This means you'll have the ability to work off-site and on-site as needed, depending on operational needs at the 10 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton worksite. The frequency of on-site work may vary from week to week, depending on operational demands, which can evolve over time.
It's important to note that your off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario.
