Your Opportunity to Shine:
We are seeking an experienced Advisor, Human Capital Management Systems to lead a team of HR Technology Specialists and Analysts in implementing and optimizing HR technology projects. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of short- and long-term work plans, manage project resources, and ensure the successful implementation of new features and process improvements across HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of HR technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes, improve system functionality, and maximize the use of technology to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee all project phases, from requirements gathering and system design to testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Manage HR data architecture, system security, and configurations to ensure systems meet business needs.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.

What the role requires:
- University or college graduate in computer science or related discipline
- A minimum of five (5) years prior experience in Human Resource Technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Advanced knowledge of Human Capital Management systems such as SAP – Success Factors, Workforce, Litmos, Parklane, Service Now, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Apps, Power BI and data management practices to design and develop effective and efficient HCM solutions.
Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach multi-disciplinary teams and staff
- Demonstrated leadership competencies including people management, decision making, collaboration, coaching and mentoring staff in a mobile working environment
- Proven planning and project management skills
- Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and issue resolution skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
