DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administers, organizes and conducts structured learning experiences in coordination with sales leaders and National Manager – Sales Development & Training
- Conducts in-class facilitation of CIS modules and tools training
- Designs, develops and produces effective training programs and support materials for new training programs that result in improved performance and achievement of organizational goals; modifies and updates existing training programs and support materials as needed
- Consults with sales to provide analysis and recommendations for appropriate and comprehensive instructional materials
- Trains, supports, and evaluates designated facilitators and supervisors in conducting mandated sales training material
- Provides orientation and training to new sales hires from all sales channels
- Provides support to sales representatives in regards to training issues
- Be part of joint visits with sales representative and customers
- Provides feedback for sales executives during sales calls/ joint visits
- Designs, develops, and manages systems and processes to support training data, metrics, and evaluation needs
- Acts as an expert in sales tools and processes
- Maintains records of training activities and employee progress in our CIS tracker
- Tracks and analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements; makes recommendations to management on needs assessment and evaluation results.
- May design and develop in-house programs
- Facilitates train-the-trainer or other programs
- May provide functional guidance, advice and/or training to less-experienced training professionals
- Supports National Manager – Sales Development & Training in running sales development campaigns that drive growth and revenue for the CA Commercial team
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for training and development
- Mobility is required
- Process improvement skills
- In-depth business knowledge
- DHL Express sales tools & processes experience is required.
