In this role, you will : Embody the CRC culture and exemplify the CRC values - including on social media. Proactively develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to continually build and maintain talent pools. Engage in all recruitment activities necessary to fill open positions accurately and in a timely manner. Report accurate recruitment data on a daily basis. Build recruiting tools to shortlist, screen and interview the best candidates based on Hiring Managers needs and Diversity and Inclusion standards. Carry out all necessary onboarding steps before handing the candidate to the next department.  Ensure a positive customer experience for both Candidates and Hiring Managers. Represents the Talent Acquisition team during the weekend shift. Take part in the development of the Talent Acquisition Department. What we are looking for : Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience in the Talent Acquisition field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French is required. Proven ability to meet targets, respect deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment and independent setting. Ability to build confidence and strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners. Proven success using a variety of sourcing strategies, including proactive sourcing techniques using social media and referral generation. Demonstrates rigor consistency and adaptability in performing various tasks. Capacity to use critical thinking with minimal supervision to ensure operation continuity.
