About The Role
As Vice President, Product Management, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of LodgeLink’s platform to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure our product aligns with business goals, market opportunities, and user needs. You’ll also oversee UX/UI design to deliver a seamless, intuitive experience.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and excel at solving complex problems. You’ll guide a high-performing product management function, collaborating with the VP of Product Engineering, VP of Technology, and CTO to turn strategy into action. Curious and market-aware, you spot trends and opportunities for innovation. You’ve led major product releases—or better yet, helped scale a product from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan to scale LodgeLink’s products.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team.
- Facilitate the alignment of all stakeholders around a unified product vision.
- Oversee UX/UI design to enhance user experience and interface consistency.
- Drive user-centric innovation by deeply understanding customer pain points and market trends.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Technology teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and intuitive products.
- Partner with Sales to align product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee Product Marketing to ensure there is an end-to-end synergy between product evolution and go-to-market initiatives.
- Foster a data-driven culture, leveraging analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and industry partners.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS platforms, marketplace solutions, or travel technology products.
- Strong strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth through product innovation.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product development best practices.
- Experience overseeing UX/UI design functions and ensuring a strong user experience.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
