Are you a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in marketing analytics, data architecture, and automation? BCAA is looking for aManager, Database Marketing and Analyticsto lead campaign data execution, the transformation of our marketing intelligence capabilities while driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape the future of personalized marketing, campaign performance, and customer experience through advanced analytics and scalable data solutions.
As part of the Digital Engagement team, you’ll lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of marketing data operations. You’ll be responsible for building a robust analytics infrastructure, enabling predictive modeling, and delivering actionable insights that drive growth, retention, and cross-sell initiatives.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, IT, CX/UX, and Data Science teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and alignment with business goals. You’ll also play a key role in the migration from legacy platforms (e.g., Unica) toSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)and the development of a modern MarTech stack including working with IS to improve marketing data access and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for marketing data strategy, analytics, and automation.
- Lead data selection and audience segmentation strategy to support targeted, personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and business goals
- Architect scalable data models and pipelines usingAmazon Redshift,AWS Glue, andAthena.
- Lead the design and implementation of multi-touch attribution models and KPI frameworks to evaluate marketing performance across the full customer journey.
- Build and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations usingTableau (Primary),Datorama,Power BI, andGoogle Data Studio (Secondary)
- Design and deploy predictive models for customer segmentation, next-best-action, and lifetime value usingPython,R, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Orchestrate customer journeys and campaign segmentation usingSFMC Journey Builder,Automation Studio, andUnica.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across all marketing data assets.
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Lead the development and implementation of key metrics and Marketing KPI insights program to drive strategic insights and enable more data-driven marketing campaigns and programs.

- Cloud & Data Infrastructure: Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, S3, Athena, EventBridge
- Marketing Platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce FSC, Unica (IBM Campaign)
- Analytics & Visualization: Tableau (advanced), Datorama, Power BI, Google Analytics 4
- Languages & Tools: SQL (advanced), Python, R, ETL/FTP, APIs
- AdTech & Audience Tools: DMPs, DSPs (a bonus)
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data management, or marketing automation
- 4+ years of data visualization in Tableau or Power BI
- 3+ years of working experience with SQL and complex relational database technologies/concepts
- 3+ years of hands-on experience withSalesforce Marketing CloudandAWS data services
- Strong background in predictive modeling, segmentation, and data storytelling
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
The salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - 130,000.00 CAD Annual and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
