Here's what you'll need to succeed:
- High School Diploma
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate from a Ministry-approved program
- Strong communication skills — both spoken and written
- A passion for people, teamwork, and person-centered care
- The ability to support residents with kindness, professionalism, and respect
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the role
