What you will do in this role:
The Analyst, Workforce Analytics is responsible for carrying out data analysis to produce reports and dashboards with meaningful insights from various Human Capital Management systems and technologies.
- Work with various Human Resources teams and internal stakeholders to produce high value reports and dashboards to inform decision making
- Identify, research and recommend workforce metrics based on market best practices
- Troubleshoot solutions related to data inquiries and challenges
- Complete user acceptance testing on complex queries and new dashboards
- Complete training documents and provides introductory training for users on how to interpret workforce data
- Consult with business leaders and subject matter experts for problem analysis and solution design for reports and dashboards
- Complete ad hoc requests for workforce data including pulling data, normalizing data, finding key insights, and developing high impact visuals that meets stakeholders needs
- Create complex queries to pull data from various Human Capital Management Systems and Technologies and integrate data in a way that is meaningful to stakeholders needs
- Conduct deep-dive data analyses then translate the results into meaningful insights
- Explain data results and insights to non-technical team members and stakeholders
- Analyze data and create visual reports that clearly communicate an effective story
- Lead and participate in internal workshops to gather requirements and creates appropriate documentation for stakeholders to review

- University degree in related discipline (Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science is preffered)
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience with Human Capital Management systems and technologies
- Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors and/or PeopleSoft HR Applications, Parklane (Health and Safety Application), JBS (Scheduling Application) and/or others in the market
- Experience and understanding of union reporting and collective agreements (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of developing queries (PeopleSoft, SQL, SAP SuccessFactors Reports etc.)
- Combination of education and experience may be considered

In this role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. This means you'll have the ability to work off-site and on-site as needed, depending on operational needs at the 7120 Hurontario St. Mississauga as the primary work location. The frequency and location of on-site work may vary from week to week, depending on operational demands, which can evolve over time. It's important to note that your remote work location must be within the province of Ontario. This ensures that we're compliant with all regulations and policies. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected, with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.
