$81,005 - $109,595Knowledge of ag business and third party financing required.

Manage business-to-business relationships that contribute to FCC’s growing loan portfolio.

What you’ll do:

Work with crop input retailers and farm equipment dealers on how using FCC point-of-sale financing can help them enhance their businesses and support their customers.
Develop business to business relationships
Support Senior Relationship Managers with partner requests
Execute sales and marketing strategies remotely

What we’re looking for:

Problem-solver who builds strong partner relationships
Collaborator with experience in consultation and business development practices
Team player who helps others achieve their goals
Strong communicator who’s comfortable working with business owners, finance and sales staff

What you’ll need:

A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least three years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
In-depth knowledge of the relationship management process, third party financing , marketing and sales
A love for agriculture
