Join the change management team responsible for supporting projects and initiatives requiring a complex level of support, often involving multi-functional teams. You’ll use your expertise and knowledge of best practices to support our change methodology, build organizational change maturity, and advise and execute change management plans for large organizational projects and initiatives to effectively deliver strategic outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Provide senior-level change management advisory services for large strategic projects or initiatives
- Lead the change process by assessing level and impact of change, developing change approach, and creating a change plan to execute on delivery
- Document practices in accordance with proven change management methodology
- Develop appropriate metrics for assessment
- With other team members, lead the maintenance of change management best practices and methodologies
- Measure and monitor organizational change maturity, and support development of change capability

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, human resources management or organizational development and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Change management certification (for example, Prosci, ACMP) is an asset
- In-depth senior level understanding of change management principles and practices
