MCG Careers has provided services to unemployed Albertans since 1989. We utilize current career development techniques to assist individuals with successful employment preparation, job placement, training on the job, workshops, and skill training programs.
MCG Careers is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Okotoks team as a Program Manager.

- A supportive leader – committed to coaching staff, fostering accountability, and building a culture of trust and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing career and employment services
- Minimum 2 years’ leadership/supervisory experience
- Post-secondary education in a Human Services-related area
- CCDP Certification is an asset
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices
- Experience with government-funded program management
- Case management experience
- Understanding of the local labour market
- Social media, events planning, and Business to Business sales experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily program operations
- Lead and develop the team
- Complete month-end reporting with accuracy and precision
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure the flow of communication
- Maintain strong communication with senior leaders
- Ensure compliance with privacy and safety regulations
