As a Senior Product Analyst,you’llbe at the centre of cross‑functional collaboration, partnering closely with business leaders and Agile delivery teams to streamline and strengthen the Allowance for Credit Loss (ACL) process.You’llhelp shape decisions, simplify intricate businessprocesses,and translate complex technical needs into solutions that truly make a difference.

Whatyou’lldo
- Support the ACL process from start to finish
- Triage, analyze and refine backlog items, preparing clear user stories and requirements
- Support backlog prioritization, processautomationand ensure high-quality product increments are delivered on schedule
- Uncoverbusiness needs through analysis and inquiry, beyondinitialstakeholder requests
- Facilitate problem-solving and solution negotiations, fostering alignment and continuous improvement
- Plan, prioritize and deliver work within agreed timelines by balancing scope, dependencies andtradeoffswhile adapting to change
- Ensure high quality of development and solutions prior to product increment release
Whatyou’llbring to the team
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, computer science,financeor a related field
- Minimumfouryears of experience in business analysis or product analysis
- Extensive knowledge of systems analysis and design concepts
- Expertisein requirements gathering, analysis and writing user stories
- In-depthknowledge of data warehouses, including AWS
- Strong data background paired with the ability to collaborate withcross‑functionalteams to ensure data iswell‑understood,trustedand effectively used in delivery.
- Ability to coach and mentor otherson the team
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of building queries in AWS RedShift
- Familiarity with Agile principles
- Previousexperience with ACL
- Previousexperience with SAS
- Leadershipexperience(formal or informal)
- Lending business knowledge
