As an Indigenous Relations Coordinator,you’llprovide essential operational and administrative support toour evolvingIndigenous Relations team. Your work will help ensure smoothday‑to‑dayoperations, strong documentation and reporting, and effective coordination of Indigenous engagement initiatives across FCC.

Whatyou’lldo
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Indigenous Relationsteam'sprojectsand initiatives, including managing schedules,correspondenceand documentation
- Co‑ordinateand track Indigenous engagement initiatives, ensuringaccuratereporting and documentation of interactions,outcomesand impactful stories
- Managelogisticsfor meetings and events, including planning,coordinationandfollow‑upon action items
- Maintain organized records and reporting tools to support team priorities and operational efficiency
Whatyou’llbring to the team
Required qualifications:
- Minimum oneyear of experience in an administrativeenvironmentor related field
- Understanding of Indigenous cultures and engagement to support respectful and effective relationships
- Experiencesupporting projectsand managingmultiplepriorities
- Technicalproficiencywith Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related business tools
Preferred qualifications:
- Bilingualism in English and French
