Whatyou’llbringto the team
Requiredqualifications:
- Undergraduatedegreein agriculturalfinancing, business, or commerce
- At leastsevenyearsofexperiencein agriculturalfinancing,creditanalysis,riskmanagement, andcomplexcreditdecision‑making, or anequivalentcombination ofeducationandexperience
- In-depthknowledgeof Canadian agriculture and agriculturallendingpractices
- Proficiencyin both official languages (English and French) and proven abilityinoral and written communication
Preferredqualifications:
- Experiencein management, coaching, andprofessionalteamdevelopment
- Memberof the Ordre des agronomes du Québec
