How you’ll make an impact
Leverage your expertise in financial services, lending, and agricultural industry practices to lead and grow a high-performing district team while managing a complex loan portfolio.
As a District Director you’ll lead and coach an operations sales team, drive business planning and execution, and oversee lending, marketing, and portfolio management strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Your strong leadership and credit expertise will enable you to manage risk, support team performance, and build meaningful partnerships internally and externally.

What you’ll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a district sales and operations team to achieve business objectives and strengthen performance
- Oversee and manage the district loan portfolio, including revenue, expenses, and portfolio quality
- Develop and execute district business plans, including lending, marketing, and sales strategies
- Support and guide teams on credit processes, compliance, due diligence, and risk management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, industry stakeholders, financial institutions, and government representatives
- Champion corporate initiatives, change management, and community development activities
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in agricultural finance, business, commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in lending, financial services, or agriculture/agri-business
- Extensive knowledge of agricultural industry practices and lending principles
- Proven expertise in loan portfolio management, credit processes, and risk management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management experience
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills
