Monitor platform performance, customer experience and operational data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
Investigate root causes and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.
Maintain awareness of third-party vendor roadmaps and influence vendor priorities based on Evolve’s product needs.
Assess potential technology providers and alternatives to help Evolve remain competitive.
Own end-to-end platform configuration initiatives, including requirements, tools and project plans.
Oversee the successful delivery of product configurations and roadmap initiatives.

Experience owning and maintaining a product roadmap.
Experience developing product requirements using customer and business insights, data and industry best practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven attention to detail.

A collaborative approach, with the ability to uphold strategic priorities and product best practices.
Experience with SQL or Power BI; familiarity with Jira is an asset.

Bonus qualifications
