We are growing and we’re Hiring for a Senior Finance & Accounting Professional (Non-Profit)

Selections Career Services is looking for an experienced finance leader to join our team and play a key role in supporting our mission and long-term strategy.

This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, audits, and compliance—while also providing strategic financial insights to leadership and the Board of Directors.

What you’ll be doing:

✔ Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (ASNPO)

✔ Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

✔ Overseeing AP, AR, reconciliations, payroll, and internal controls

✔ Acting as the primary contact for external audits

✔ Supporting Board reporting and strategic planning initiatives

✔ Ensuring compliance with government, funder, and regulatory requirements

What we’re looking for:

🔹 CPA designation (or in progress) preferred

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

🔹 5+ years of progressive experience

🔹 Strong knowledge of ASNPO and fund accounting

🔹 Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, and Excel

🔹 Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills

💰 Salary: $90,000–$111,000 (commensurate with education and experience)
