Agreement
By accessing Able & Available Job Board (the “Website”), you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
Age
You may only access the website if you are of the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside or you are at least 16 years old and have been provided with written consent by your parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by the Terms on your behalf and consents to your access to and use of the Website.
Changes to the Terms
Able & Available Ltd., doing business as Able & Available Job Board (the “Company”) reserves the right to revise the Terms at any time without notice. By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by the current version of the Terms.
Authority
If you are using the Website on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept the Terms on such entity’s behalf and such entity shall be bound by the Terms.
Acceptable Use:
Job Seekers
The purpose of the Website is to connect job seekers with any disability (“Job Seekers”) with employers (“Employers”) who want to hire people with disabilities. You may only access or use the profile, resume upload, and job application features of the Job Seekers Page to respond to Employers about employment opportunities, which the Employers have posted on the Website.
You agree that the information contained in your profile, resume and job application accurately describe your experience, education and identity and are not exaggerated, incorrect or untruthful.
The Company reserves the right to remove any profile, resume, or job application which is not in accordance with the Terms without prior notice.
By creating your profile, you grant permission to The Company to allow hiring companies access to your personal information as they see fit, contact you and send you information, updates, and promotional material for upcoming events, announcements or about The Company.
The Company reserves the right to deny, in our sole discretion, any person from accessing the Website or any portion thereof without prior notice.
The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, correctness, reliability or otherwise with respect to the information contained on this Website.
Employers
The purpose of the Website is to connect job seekers with any disability (“Job Seekers”) with employers (“Employers”). You may only access or use the resume or personal information of Job Seekers for the purpose of contacting Job Seekers about employment opportunities.
Employers agree that they will not submit any job posting to this Website which is: (a) False or misleading; (b) A pyramid scheme or multi-level marketing opportunity; (c) Not a current or actual role to be filled; (d) Sexual in nature or related to any of the following: escort services, prostitution, erotic dancing, or erotic massages; (e) Related to modeling or talent searches; (f) Libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening or an invasion of privacy; (g) Obscene or pornographic; (h) In violation of any law; (i) Advocating any illegal activity; (j) Advertising or otherwise soliciting funds; (k) Selling goods or services; or (l) An infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including, but not limited to violating anyone’s copyrights or trademarks. (the “Prohibited Content”).
Employers agree that adding email address or website address for posting application on the body of the job description will not be permitted and it will be adjusted as necessary.
Employers agree that it is not allowed to promote job fairs, external websites, other job boards or any other business that is deemed to be in conflict with Able & Available Job Board.
The Company reserves the right to remove any job posting for clarity or length and to edit or remove any Prohibited Content from the Website without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to deny, in our sole discretion, any person from accessing the Website or any portion thereof without prior notice.
The Company makes no warranties or representation regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, correctness, reliability or otherwise with respect to the information contained on this Website.
By creating an Employer Profile, you agree The Company can contact you about your job posts and promotional information, and this platform won't be used to promote other job boards or job fairs.
Job Postings
When unlimited packages are purchased, the scraping will be set up within up to 5 business days, and previous postings might not be imported.
Scraping is only available when the system is compatible. Upon request, a test may be performed before purchase. System compatibility might change at any time due to system updates on the employer's end or the job board's end.
When choosing an unlimited package, only up to five (5) daily posts will be manually reviewed to confirm information such as location, salary, and content. All other postings will be posted as is with no human check.
Able & Available is not liable for any data or posts that are not successfully imported through automated scraping processes.
Our subscription service operates on a monthly/yearly billing cycle. To cancel your subscription and avoid being charged for the next month, you must provide at least 30 days' notice prior to your next scheduled payment. Cancellations made within this 30-day window will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied. Please note that failure to cancel within the specified notice period will result in the next scheduled payment being processed.
The Unlimited and Sponsorship packages are exclusively available to employers. These packages are not applicable to agencies recruiting on behalf of multiple clients. In such cases, a custom package will be tailored to meet your specific needs.
Partners

Your company profile will be live during the period stated on the contract with The Company. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company and its affiliates or any of their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, content providers, other representatives, successors and assigns be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or aggravated damages (including without limitation damages for loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, third party claims, disclosure of confidential information or loss of privacy) or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or in connection with: the Website, any information, forms, agreements, and documents available through the Website, any termination of access to the Website and the services; any software tips, tools, products or services offered through or advertised on the Website; any content, materials, act or practice of any third party provider; any link provided on the Website; any trojan horses, bugs, viruses and the like; deletion, corruption or failure to store any data; your failure to provide correct, accurate and up-to-date information; and your account and password or your failure to keep them secure, whether or not the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by the law. This provision shall survive the termination of your right to use this Website.
You acknowledge and agree that you will be fully liable for all damages resulting directly or indirectly from your use of the Website.
The Company does not guarantee hiring or filling jobs through posting on our job board.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, content providers, other representatives, successors and assigns from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, suits, actions, costs, and expenses (including legal expenses) relating to or arising out of your use of the Website including the transmission or placement of information or material by you on the Website. This provision shall survive the termination of your right to use this Website.
Jurisdiction
The Terms are governed and interpreted under the laws of the Province of Alberta. If any portion of these Terms is deemed, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Screening Services Terms & Conditions
Scope of Service
The Screening Service provides human-reviewed screening of applications submitted to job postings to ensure basic eligibility, completeness, and relevance. Screening is based solely on the information provided by Job Seekers and the criteria provided by Employers.
Service Capacity and Delivery
• The Screening Service includes review of up to 30 applications per job posting. Additional applications may be reviewed at a separate cost, as agreed with Able & Available.
• Able & Available will deliver the screening report within 10 business days after all applications have been submitted to the screening team (via the Able & Available portal or by email) and once the position is closed for new applicants.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Able & Available is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Calibration Report
• Employers will receive a Calibration Report highlighting the top 5 applicants based on the screening criteria and human review.
• The report includes key observations and insights on these top candidates but does not provide detailed evaluations for applicants outside the top 5.
• The Calibration Report is intended as a guide only and does not replace the Employer’s own assessment.
Employer Use
• Employers must opt-in to use the Screening Service and accept any applicable fees.
• Screening results are provided as an additional tool; all final hiring decisions remain the Employer’s responsibility.
• The Screening Service is only available for positions posted at Able & Available, either through a monthly subscription or single job posting.
Fees and Payment
• Fees for the Screening Service will be communicated at the time of purchase and apply per position.
• Cancellation requests will only be accepted before the screening process has started. An administrative fee of $50.00 + taxes will apply and will be deducted from any refund.
• All fees are non-refundable once screening has commenced.
Employer Responsibilities
• Employers must provide clear, accurate, and complete screening criteria.
• Able & Available relies on the criteria provided and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misleading information supplied by Employers.
• Employers remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including employment, privacy, and accessibility laws.
Job Seeker Consent
By applying to a job posting, Job Seekers consent to their application being reviewed by Able & Available if the Screening Service is purchased. Employers are responsible for ensuring any required consents or disclosures are obtained.
Disclaimers
• The Screening Service does not guarantee that applicants are fully qualified, suitable, or hired for the position.
• Able & Available makes no representation or warranty regarding applicant qualifications, completeness of applications, or hiring outcomes.
• Screening is provided as an aid to Employers and does not replace independent evaluation.
• Able & Available will not interview applicants or guarantee a minimum quantity of applicants.
• Able & Available may stop offering the Screening Service at any time without prior notice.
Liability and Indemnification
• Employers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Able & Available, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
o The Employer’s criteria or use of the Screening Service,
o Decisions made based on screened applications, or
o Any violation of applicable laws by the Employer.
• Able & Available’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the Screening Service for the relevant job posting. In no event shall Able & Available be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
Able & Available may suspend or terminate access to the Screening Service for any Employer that misuses the service, provides misleading information, or violates these Terms. Termination does not relieve the Employer of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
