Summary of responsibilities:
The Advisor, ASSA Performance and Screening Contracts is responsible for providing operational interpretation and clarity of the Airport Screening Services Agreements (ASSAs), the administration and oversight of performance measurements related to elements of the Profit Plan for Screening Providers, and the enforcement of all business-related terms, conditions, and expected deliverables contained within the ASSAs. The Advisor, ASSA Performance and Screening Contracts performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.
What you need to succeed
To qualify for the position, you must have :
- A degree from a recognized college or university in public administration, business, or another relevant field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with stakeholders in relationship management, contractual interpretation, or procedural support.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and reporting information, including the development of briefing materials, presentations, and correspondence.
- Experience tracking and maintaining data across various projects, initiatives, or activities.
- Experience providing advice and recommendations to multiple levels of management.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams across geographically dispersed areas.

- Experience in the air transportation or security industry.
Specific work requirements
- Ability to travel as required
- Language Profile: English Essential.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; and
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
