Job Title: Project Coordinator for Ultimate Para Sports Association

Location: Calgary, AB Employment Type: Contract / Flexible / Casual

Location Status: Remote First - WFH

Terms: $20-$25 Per Hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Coordinator to generate and coordinate technical activities across projects. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth communication between teams and assist with technical aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Undertake technical tasks and project timelines

· Communicate with internal teams and external partners

· Track project progress and report status updates

· Website Maintenance/Update

Assets / Nice to Have

· Experience with MS, Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms

· Familiarity with non-profit or community sport organizations

· Experience supporting events, registrations, or volunteer coordination

· Lived or professional experience in adaptive or para sport (an asset, not required)

· Basic understanding of technical systems or IT processes
