- Strengthenfacilities and personnel security programs
- Support organizational risk management
- Develop employee learning tools and support officesto manage risksto employee safety
- Recommend strategic,technicaland tactical actions to management
- Recommend improvements based on best practices and stakeholder consultation
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to guide,troubleshootand modernize interconnected office systems
- Review and assess currentprocesses and practices; identify and prioritize gaps; and develop actionable solutions
- Support internal stakeholders in implementing improvements
Whatyou'llbring to the team
Requiredqualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce,administrationor risk management
- Minimum five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience in project management
- Expertiseinintrusion alarms, emergency alerts, access control, CCTVmonitoringand integrated security operations
- Experienceas atechnology architect
- Knowledge of standard corporate software applications
Preferredqualifications
- PMPor CAPMcertification
- Experience coaching and mentoring peers(informal leadership)
- Security, Physical Security and Safety certification (for example PSP, CPP, etc.)
- Bilingualism (English and French)
