Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, the Associate, Digital Marketing supports the execution of digital fundraising and marketing initiatives that acquire, engage, and renew donors across online channels. Working under the guidance of senior digital marketing staff, this role contributes to the delivery, coordination, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns including email, paid media, SMS, and integrated fundraising initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who is building foundational experience in digital fundraising and marketing operations. The Associate plays a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with organizational goals, while gaining exposure to testing, analytics, and digital optimization. In this role, you will: Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital fundraising and marketing campaigns, including emergency appeals, donor acquisition, and engagement initiatives. Assist with the coordination of campaign briefs, timelines, and assets in collaboration with digital marketing, creative services, web, and communications teams. Support the deployment of digital campaigns across email, web, and fundraising platforms, including scheduling, quality assurance, and basic troubleshooting. Assist with the setup, testing, and optimization of donation forms, landing pages, and digital journeys under the direction of senior team members. Support campaign tracking and reporting by compiling performance metrics, maintaining documentation, and contributing to post‑campaign learnings. Maintain accurate records related to campaigns, workflows, assets, and donor communications within established systems. Monitor competitor and sector activity to help identify trends, risks, and opportunities for learning and improvement. Provide administrative and project coordination support to senior digital marketing staff, as needed. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate, and coordinated delivery of digital marketing initiatives. What we are looking for: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, communications, or a related field, and a 3 year college diploma or university degree in marketing, communications, business, nonprofit management, or a related discipline, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Foundational knowledge of digital marketing channels such as email marketing, websites, paid media, or digital fundraising. Experience working with digital tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing systems, fundraising platforms, CRMs, or marketing automation tools) is an asset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Basic analytical skills and interest in campaign performance, testing, and optimization. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Fluency in English is required; French is an asset. Working Conditions: Work is primarily conducted in a remote office-like environment using digital tools and platforms. Requires concentration, attentiveness, and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time‑sensitive work. Occasional travel to safe locations for meetings, planning sessions, or events may be required.
