How you’ll make an impact 

As a Territory Relationship Manager,you’lldevelop strong relationships with FCC’s Alliance partners to support and expand the Input Financing Program. Your role will focus onadding value andidentifyingopportunitieswithin the crop input sector, ensuring partners have access tofinancial solutions that meet their customers’needsfor seed, fertilizer, andotherrelated inputs.You’llplay a keyrolein deliveringa seamlesscustomer experiencewhiledrivingto reach and effectiveness ofFCC’sInputProgram.

Whatyou’lldo

Manage business-to-business relationships with crop input partners generating over$2.4Bannually

Meetprogramtargets andmaintainstrong partner relationships through regular reviews and needs assessments

Travel extensively within your territory to support partners andidentifygrowth opportunities

Collaborate across business lines to enhance customer experience using FCC’s full value proposition

Provide training on Alliance products, processes, and tools

Identifyrisk situations and support next steps with leadership

Ensure smooth information and documentation flow between Alliance partners and FCC teams

Communicate and work with executives and business leaders

What you’ll bring to the team 

Required qualifications: 

A degree in agriculture, business,commerceor financeplus at least four years of related experience (or equivalent)

Proven experience with business development and consultation

Knowledge ofindustry trends,lending,marketingand sales practices

Understanding of corporate structures and program management

Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%)

Preferred qualifications:  

Experience with credit and risk analysis
