Manager, Marketing & Sales
Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, this role is responsible for leading the organization’s marketing, sales, and revenue-generating efforts in support of program participation, social enterprise growth, and fundraising success.
This is a hands-on manager role that balances strategic leadership with day-to-day execution. You will develop integrated marketing and sales strategies while also driving their implementation,leading campaigns, outreach, and relationship development to achieve measurable results.
You will lead the Marketing and Communications team consisting of a Graphic Design Coordinator and a Marketing & Communications Coordinator and work in close collaboration with the Senior Development Officer, Manager of Events, Resource and Program Manager, and Program Lead to ensure aligned, effective, and coordinated efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
·Develop and implement integrated sales strategies that support organizational revenue goals.
·Identify, develop, and act on opportunities to increase registrations, bookings, participation, and overall revenue generation across the organization.
·Drive revenue growth and social enterprise sustainability through the sale and promotion of event tickets, sponsorships, weddings, corporate retreats and experiences, facility rentals, outdoor education programs, and other organizational events and initiatives at Easter Seals Camp Horizon.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organizations, corporate groups, and partners.
·Personally lead outreach, sales conversations, and key relationship management, converting opportunities into confirmed bookings.
·Maintain and oversee sales pipelines, booking processes, and CRM activities.
·In partnership with the Manager of Events, drive revenue growth and fundraising sustainability through the sale and promotion of fundraising event tickets, sponsorships, and engagement.
Marketing Strategy and Execution
·Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that support organizational awareness and participation goals.
·Lead annual planning for marketing, outreach, and promotion across programs, camp bookings, and fundraising initiatives.
·Translate strategy into action by personally executing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and community channels, while guiding the work of the Marketing & Communications team.
·Lead and execute marketing initiatives to support the expansion of the Family Resource Center across the province.
·Partner closely with the Program and Resource Manager to align outreach, engagement, and participation strategies for the Family Resource Center.
·Collaborate with the Program Lead to support full registration across all seasonal Camp Horizon programs.
·Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that increase awareness, accessibility, and participation of all programs.
·Collaborate on and execute integrated marketing campaigns promoting events, donor engagement opportunities, and organizational impact.
·Contribute to storytelling, media outreach, and promotional initiatives that strengthen visibility and support fundraising success.
·Ensure consistent and compelling branding and messaging across all communications.
Leadership
·Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to the Graphic Design Coordinator and Marketing & Communications Coordinator.
·Work collaboratively with internal leaders to align marketing, sales, fundraising, and program priorities.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, schools, organizations, and stakeholders.
·Represent the organization at events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings.
Reporting & Organizational Contribution
·Monitor campaign effectiveness, sales performance, pipeline development, and audience engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement.
·Contribute to organizational planning and strategic growth initiatives.
·Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
·5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on growth or performance marketing
·Proven success with paid media and integrated campaigns
·Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
·Experience building or scaling marketing and sales functions
·Demonstrated team leadership experience
·Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI
Role Details
• Full-time position (approx. 40 hours/week), reporting to the Director of Philanthropy
• In-office role, with travel to other locations as required
• Successful Police Information Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Some evening and weekend work may be required
