In this role, you will: Coordinate with channel staff and internal teams using Basecamp, a project management tool, to achieve high-quality deliverables. Develop and maintain project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure all campaign deliverables are met on schedule. Assist with CRC Walmart volunteer recruitment, onboarding and training through email outreach, registration, and follow-ups. Create and help monitor CRC Walmart volunteer communication channels including Walmart Campaign mailbox. Assist with CRC Walmart volunteer store assignments, volunteer expenses. Occasionally assist with in-store events in the GTA. Assist with CRC Walmart volunteer communications during the campaign timeline, including providing campaign updates. Assist with developing CRC Walmart volunteer surveys. Assist with CRC Walmart Campaign debrief and clean-up. Perform CRM data entry, record maintenance, tracking, and reporting needs as required. Support national fundraising campaigns and work cross-functionally with other channels. Support Emergency Fundraising Appeals (International and Domestic), as required. What we are looking for: Be aged between 15-30 years old on the start date of the job. Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN). Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a person who has been granted refugee status in Canada. International students and other temporary residents of Canada are not eligible. Completion of a high school diploma or post-secondary education is an asset. Proficiency in MS Office and Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams). Excellent organizational, time management, verbal communication, and client service skills. Professionalism and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively within a team and build positive relationships. Flexibility to adapt to new processes and challenges in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to the Values, Fundamental Principles, Mission, and Code of Conduct of the Canadian Red Cross and the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement. Proficiency in fundraising software/databases, preferably Blackbaud or other CRM systems is an asset. Understanding of best practices, trends, and issues in philanthropy and fund development is an asset. Working conditions: Primarily in a remote work arrangement.
