Corporate Services – Corporate Finance and Treasurer
Status: (1) Regular Full-Time position
Salary Range: $78,336 - $97,920 per annum plus comprehensive benefits

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Location: 10 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton worksite
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Services Application Development and Support, the Finance Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, enhancing, and implementing finance systems to support strategic and operational goals. The role involves identifying and documenting system and process requirements, driving automation and improvements, and coordinating with Finance and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") financial processes.
- Identify and prioritize system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
- Develop business requirements and support system design, testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare business cases and long-term technology plans.
- Liaise with Information & Technology Services (I&TS) to align on architecture, integration, and support needs.
- Maintain financial systems inventory and ensure documentation and change management readiness.
- Support project planning, ROI analysis, post-implementation reviews, and report preparation.
Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma in a related discipline with at least 2-3 years of experience in system/business analysis including analysis and design of business systems, information and systems requirements development, data modeling and analysis, and process modeling. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
- Strong skills in business and systems analysis
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Solid understanding of finance operations and strategy
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Skilled in requirements gathering, testing, and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Access)
- Familiar with Visual Basic or similar programming languages
- Effective team player and independent contributor
Nice to Have:
- Experience in system/business analysis with PeopleSoft Financials or SAP S4/HANA

In this role, you’ll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected, with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.
