Elevatehow we deliver lending.Inthis role,you’lluse your strongcommercial financingknowledgetobuildclarity, consistency, and confidence across the end-to-end fulfillment process.You’lllead a regionally dispersed loan fulfillment team, overseeing loan maintenance and administration—including documentation, disbursements, and amendments—while delivering a seamless, service-first experience for internal partners and customers.You’llcoach and mentor employees on best practices, systems, and policies so the team can do their best work every day.
Whatyou’lldo
- Lead a high-performing loan fulfillment team through efficient and effective core business
- Work withthe divisional leadership team to execute theenterprisegoalsandstrategy
- Lead and support transformation initiatives (e.g., new processimplementation, automation opportunities)
- Manage daily operations and workload priorities
- Monitor service levels, quality and turnaround times using clear metrics—identifytrends and implement actions to improve the customer and partner experience
- Streamlineworkflows, standardizepractices across locationsand partneron system/process enhancements
- Partnerwith relationship managers, credit and legal to resolve complex fulfillment issues, clarify requirements, and keep deals moving efficiently
- Identifyemployee development requirements, setgoalsand evaluate performance
- Build team capability through onboarding,coaching,trainingand knowledge sharing—applying consistentpolicies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements and build a strong control and execution culture
Requiredqualifications:
- Adegree in administration or business
- At least four years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A proventrack recordin agricultural or commercial financial and lending services
- Specialized knowledge of lending processes, security,bankingand loan amendments, including legal documentation
Preferredqualifications:
- Continuous improvement training or experience (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping)
- Experience leading teams across multiple locations (hybrid/remote), with strong change leadership skills
- Exposure to regulatory requirements, controls testing, or audit readiness within a financial services environment
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset
