For visiting roles, a reliable vehicle and valid G2/G driver’s license are required. For clinic roles, driving is not necessary as it is one facility per shift.
The Palliative Visiting program delivers home nursing services dedicated to end-of-life care for individuals, families, and groups. Our nurses are committed to enhancing the quality of care for palliative clients, focusing on effective symptoms and pain management to improve their overall quality of life. Our nursing services extend to the Durham, Scarborough, and Central areas. A reliable vehicle and valid G2/G driver’s license are required.
The Child and Family program is designed to support families caring for children with medically complex needs, spanning an age range from newborn to 25 years. These clients require specialized care and nursing skills, whether at home or within a school environment. Our services include providing bus escorts for school transport and accompanying clients to medical appointments.
