In this role, you will : Support the day-to-day execution of operational tasks related to program or service delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including client, volunteer, donor, and program information, in accordance with privacy and security requirements. Act as a first point of contact for routine inquiries and issues and appropriately triage requests from internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support service delivery objectives. Participate in team meetings, and distribute documentation as required. Adhere to established office procedures and contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing and updating processes, templates, and workflows. Compile and organize data, statistics, and other information to support research and reporting activities. Provide administrative support for conferences, meetings, and events, as required. Manage office supply inventory, including preparing purchase orders and processing or distributing supply requests (where applicable in an office environment). What we are looking for : Completion of secondary school and/or enrollment in a post-secondary program (college or university). Ability to follow instructions, apply established procedures, and complete tasks with attention to detail. Willingness to learn, ask questions, and receive feedback. Clear communication skills for exchanging straightforward information in routine situations. Customer service experience in person and on the telephone is an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Self starter with strong organizational skills. Proven ability to be a supportive and productive team member. A Full and valid G license is an asset. Working conditions : The majority of work is performed in a friendly office environment that is clean and comfortable. located at the Niagara Branch of the Canadian Red Cross. Hours of service are based on 35-hour week Monday to Friday. Please note that there is no relocation package for this position.
