How you’ll make an impact
Be part of the team that delivers data-driven insights to support business strategy and works closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business units, leadership, and data teams.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions and improve performance across key domains. You’ll play a critical role in helping stakeholders understand trends, identify opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and builds on others' ideas. An analytical thinker who can use complex concepts and turn them into executive insights and actionable options for better business decision-making. You’re a natural relationship-builder and an active listener, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders in any setting—from technical discussions with data teams to strategic conversations with business leaders.
You bring strong problem-solving and communication skills, a passion for data, insights, and continuous improvement, and curiosity, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. Most importantly, you embrace ambiguity, enjoy uncovering patterns in complex data, and have the confidence to create impact from the ground up.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about turning data into meaningful insights, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll do
- Apply Python in AWS environments to develop dashboards and reporting, bridging business needs with IT-led data solutions
- Apply accounting knowledge to interpret results, ensuring insights are grounded in financial statements and meaningful for decision-making
- Develop analytics solutions using data from a variety of sources and structures
- Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, and present findings to decision makers
- Provide recommendations to improve business processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities
- Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and enhancing data tools and methodologies
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- A degree in finance, business, mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis, statistical concepts, and data interpretation
- Solid knowledge of business domains combined with data structures and configuration
- Proven expertise in translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Demonstrated proficiency with data manipulation and management tools
- Advanced experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources
- Experience influencing stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, or data process improvement
- Experience in a financial institution, working in a finance area or a related industry
