Salary Range: $92,151.00 - $115,189.00 per annum
Hiring Range: $92,151.00 - $103,670.00 per annum

Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? Join our dynamic team where you'll lead a talented group of Coordinators within the HR Employee Service Centre and Payroll team, reporting directly to the Manager of HRIS or Payroll.
In this exciting role you will manage a call center operations, you’ll become the go-to expert, offering guidance, insights, and support on everything from systems and policies to pay and legislative requirements.

- Key resource for high-level system, employee life cycle, and pay Implement new and update current processes for the team and management.
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to direct reports
- Report to Managers on a consistent basis to ensure alignment with corporate initiatives
- Make recommendations, test, develop and implement new business practices and/or programs and initiatives
- Conduct complex research and prepare specialized documentation, statistics, analysis, and recommendations
- Administer performance management program processing and compensation data for implementation
- Prepares and implements technical program plans, develops and implements business planning processes
- Proactively develops solutions to improve system functionality
- Maintain good working relationship to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Analyze and assess client issues, identifying root causes and developing effective
- Apply critical thinking skills to navigate complex HR scenarios and provide sound
- Continuously improve processes and contribute to the development of best
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize the use of HR technology
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in HR technology and recommend
- Project lead for well-defined HR Employee Centre and/or Payroll related projects
- Provide work direction, advice and training to staff within section and project teams
What the role requires:
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR Business Administration
- University Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration
- Combination of education and experience may be considered
Skills/Abilities:
- Expert knowledge of Service Now and SAP with proven ability to design, develop, lead and implement HR Employee Service Centre processes.
- Prior experience in managing or supporting call centre operations.
- Understanding of relevant legislation, g. Employment Standards Act, Pay Equity Act, etc.
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office, with some Visio and PowerPoint skills, as well as advanced skills in Excel
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
Nice to have:
- Supervisory experience
- CPA certified Payroll Leader designation
In this role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. This means you'll have the ability to work off-site and on-site as needed, depending on operational needs at the 10 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton worksite. The frequency of on-site work may vary from week to week, depending on operational demands, which can evolve over time.
It's important to note that your off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario.
