Bring your technology and information riskexpertiseto help evolve FCC’s risk practices, acting as a detail‑oriented,hands-onand execution‑focused contributor who translates complex technical concepts into practical insights for stakeholders.
As a Risk Specialist,you’llconduct risk analysis,evaluate control effectiveness,assessrisktreatment plans,createriskreportsandresearchandapplyindustry best practices to ensure effective management of technologyandinformation risk.You’llhelp leaders understand how evolving and emerging risks affect FCC’s strategicobjectivesand support informed decision-making through clear, well-articulated risk insights.Whilecollaboratingwith key risk management partners, including senior leaders,you’llprovide risk insights and recommendations to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

- Useexpertise,researchand analysis to advance FCC’s methodologies to manage technology and information risk
Whatyou’llbring to theteam
Required Qualifications:
- Atleast four yearsof experiencein technology ordata managementfields(i.e.,IT operations, development,artificial intelligence, cybersecurity,architecture,ordata governance)
- A degree in engineering, science, or business administration(or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Demonstratedoral and written communication skills, includingcommunicationwithseniorleadership
- Demonstratedeffectivestakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Governance,riskand/or complianceexperience, includingeffectivechallenge, risk reporting,emerging technology risk,riskquantificationandprocessautomation
- Experience in the agricultural or financial sectors
- Experience with IT industry standards and frameworks
- Certifications related to technology,informationand third-party risk management, such as CRISC, CISM and CISA
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
