How you’ll make an impact
Leverage your expertise in brand, communications and project management to guide cross-functional teams in delivering integrated initiatives and campaigns that advance FCC’s corporate and business objectives.
As a Brand Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted strategic advisor to internal partners, providing insight-driven recommendations that connect business challenges to the right brand and communications solution. In this unique role, you’ll informally lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, bringing clarity to complexity and ensuring work is aligned, purposeful and delivering meaningful outcomes.
If you’re an experienced project manager in brand and communications with sound judgement, attention to detail and strategic thinking, this role offers the opportunity to help strengthen FCC’s national reputation. Advanced skills in workflow process management will be essential to your success in this role.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with internal partners across FCC to understand business objectives and guide the brand, communications, advertising, and creative team in delivering insight‑driven initiatives
- Develop strategic project plans and creative briefs that inspire teams and align with business goals
- Project manage timelines and key milestones to ensure effective delivery
- Apply marketing and communications best practices, emerging trends, and strategic thinking to shape initiatives for impactful results
- Be highly adaptable and ready to deliver on evolving business needs
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- Degree in marketing or communications, arts or English
- Minimum five years’ experience leading brand and communications projects
- A proven record of success in informally leading teams
- Demonstrated experience in uncovering business challenges and collaborating on integrated marketing and communications initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of brand and communication principles and best practices
- Project management designation or experience with project management techniques and practices
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust at all levels
- Knowledge of finance and the Canadian agriculture and food industry
