Are you ready to make a meaningful impact at a strategic level? Step into the role of Senior Communication and Brand Business Partner at FCC and become the driving force behind how our organization’s aspiration comes to life.
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you’ll guide internal communication strategies that build trust, foster engagement, and help steer the organization through periods of change with clarity and confidence. By forging strong relationships with internal stakeholders, you’ll facilitate open dialogue, advocate for key business priorities, and drive meaningful outcomes. You’ll use data, employee feedback, and organizational insights to stay proactive and adapt communication approaches.

What you’ll do
- Develop and implement integrated brand and communication plans that directly connect employees to the company’s strategic objectives, drive measurable impact on business performance and foster organizational alignment
- Advise senior leadership on strategic internal communication approaches that strengthen engagement, build trust, and help navigate organizational change or complex situations with clarity and confidence
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance two-way communication, build advocacy for business priorities, and drive meaningful outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed business goals and brand values into daily operations, ensuring alignment and supporting a cohesive internal environment
- Leverage data, employee feedback and organizational insights to adapt communication strategies, demonstrating expertise in addressing sensitive or complex challenges and ensuring resilience during times of change
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- Degree in marketing or communications, arts or English
- Minimum 6-8 experience leading brand and communications projects
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environment
- Strong strategic thinking and system thinking capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of brand and communication principles and best practices
- Demonstrated strength in dynamic environments and collaborating with multiple partners.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills, including executive-level content
- Intermediate proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust at all levels
- Knowledge of finance and the Canadian agriculture and food industry
