Leverage yourexpertisein credit analysis and lending practices to support thorough, objective loan reviews that help manage risk and ensure sound decision-making. Asa Loan Review Analyst,you’llconduct detailed file and loan assessments to ensure consistency with established policies, procedures,and risk guidelines. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will enable you to evaluate the accuracy and integrity of information,identifyopportunities for improvement, andhelp strengthenlending practices.

Whatyou’lldo
- Conduct file reviewsandloan assessments to evaluate credit risk and adherence to policies
- Assess the quality,accuracyand integrity of information to support sound credit decision-making
- Develop conclusions and recommendations and share findings with senior leaders
- Identifyopportunities to enhance credit policy guidelines and processes
- Collaborate with business units such as Credit Risk Management, Credit Policy, Portfolio Management and Operations
- Respond to inquiries and provide information related to loan review activities
Whatyou’llbring to the team
Required qualifications
- Degreein agricultural finance, business,commerceor a related field
- Minimum 5 years of lending experience, including small commercial lending or equivalent
- Knowledge of agricultural and commercial lending practices and risk mitigation strategies
- Strong analytical,organizationaland interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a changing environment
- Working knowledge of software applications and computerproficiency
- Intermediate/Advancedproficiencyin both official languages (English and French) needed
Preferred qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of lending guidelines, credit policies,productsand programs is an asset
