Summary of responsibilities:
The Manager, Program Delivery is responsible for managing the provision of procedural, policy and project support to CATSA’s four (4) administrative regions and for implementing program improvements to ensure the delivery of effective, efficient and consistent aviation security screening operations in Canada. The Manager, Program Delivery performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.
What you need to succeed
To qualify for the position, you must have:
- Successful completion of a university degree in administration, business, law or social sciences or some other specialty relevant to the duties of the position.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in operations program and services management.
- Two to three (2-3) years managerial experience leading a multi-disciplinary team and providing leadership.
- Experience providing advice and making recommendations to senior management.

Specific work requirements
- Ability to travel as required
- Language Profile: CBCC;
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; and
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
