How you’ll make an impact
Playa meaningful role in strengthening Canadian agriculture by owning and growing relationships with FCC Alliance partners. As a Territory Relationship Specialist (TRS),you’llprovidevalue-addedsupport andthird-partyfinancingexpertisethat helps crop input retailers and farm equipment dealers better serve their customers through FCC’spoint‑of‑salefinancing programs.
Whatyou’lldo
- Work with crop input retailers and farm equipment dealers topromotehow FCC point-of-sale financing can enhance their businesses and better support their customers
- Develop andmaintainstrong business-to-business relationships
- Execute sales and marketing strategies remotely
- Support Senior Relationship Managers with partner requests
- Provide training on Alliance products, processes, and tools
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- Adegree in agriculture,businessor commerce and at least three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of relationship management processes, third-party financing,marketingand sales
- A strong communicator comfortable building relationships with business owners, salesstaffand administrators
- A collaborative,team‑orientedmindset with a willingness to support shared goals andoutcomes
- Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) and proven ability in oral and written communication
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working at an ag equipment retailer or dealership
- A love for agriculture
